Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service and take approximately 1-3 business days. once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via email address provided with the purchase.

NO Returns

All sales are final and there will be no returns or exchanges what so ever. However, if the item received is broken or the incorrect order please contact kweenjules@gmail.com to get the item replaced or get the correct item with in 24 hours. All tags must be attached and shipped back in the same condition it was received.

Once you place a Kweens Kustoms order, it will take 1 week to make depending on order size. This does not include shipping, once the item(s) is finished shipping labels will be printed and the item(s) will be shipped and tracking numbers will be sent out via email.
